

ANU Netball Club: Internal Competition
This competition is a great way for students who are interested in social sport. You can enter a whole team or sign up as an individual and make some new friends.
Games:

Internal competition games are played on Tuesday nights from March 26 at the ANU Gym, at either 5:00 or 6:00pm.

Games are NOT played during ANU exam period or during ANU semester break.
Registration:

All registrations (including payment) are due by Sunday 11th March. We do suggest that you enrol earlier than this date as we have a limited number of places.

Fees for 2021 are $50 and are payable at the time of registration. Total payable is $80 if you need to purchase an ANU Netball Playing Shirt (you do not need to purchase this if you have played in this competition previously).

Fees include registration to the internal netball competition and the attendance of qualified umpires at every game.
Uniform:

ANU Netball Playing Shirt, leggings or sports shorts and runners with non-marking soles.

ANU Netball Playing Shirts can be purchased for $30. If you already have one from a previous year you do not need to purchase one.

Players must understand and abide by the ANU Netball Jewellery policy. Players who do not follow this policy will be unable to take the court.
Teams:

Players can nominate friends to play with or as an individual.

We will do the best to accommodate your requests, however we cannot guarantee that you will be placed in a team with all whom you name.
Forfeiture policy:

Teams are entitled to forfeit, however must do so by 11AM on the Tuesday of the game.

Late forfeiture will incur a points penalty, and repeated forfeiture may incur a permanent ban from ANU Netball.
Umpiring:

Your registration fees also include some of the cost associated with paying skilled umpires to referee each game.
